Job summary

The LEGO Group in London is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to support the store leadership. You will assist the ASM and SM with holiday, attendance and team scheduling, supervise Sales Associates on shifts, and help manage stock, merchandising and loss-prevention targets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff
• Ability to manage holiday/attendance scheduling
• Strong merchandising and stockroom organisation

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM and SM with holiday, attendance and team scheduling
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and address issues per LEGO policies
• Process orders for store/office supplies within guidelines and budgets
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by staff
• Maintain well-organised stockroom and ensure products are merchandised
• Support merchandise presentation to meet store guidelines
