Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC, home of Ember Inns in Fleet, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver great service. You’ll train staff, maintain standards, and play a key role in daily operations of the site.

The role offers a mobile-friendly application, flexible shifts, and a supportive rewards package including discounts, pension, holiday entitlement, and a share scheme.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and leading the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model, assisting with training.
