Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Swansea is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead the Deers Leap pub. You’ll welcome guests, train staff and drive great service, while ensuring a safe, clean site and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will serve as a shift leader, role model for your teams, and work to keep guests coming back, with a pension, paid holidays, discounts, and other benefits included in the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
