Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Inn on the Lake in Godalming is hiring a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team delivering memorable service. You will coach staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across shifts.

The role combines people leadership with guest-facing activities in Premium Country Pubs. The position offers a competitive salary, full-time hours, and benefits including dining discounts and pension.
