Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Hornchurch venue. You will welcome guests, lead a team and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on service excellence.

You will train staff, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient environment for all visitors. This role offers full-time hours and career growth within the group.
