Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Harvester is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead the team in delivering excellent service while training colleagues. You will help run the day-to-day operations, supervise shifts, and model training while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership is preferred.
