Harvester - Morfa Parc in Swansea is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a team and uphold service standards.

You will train colleagues, supervise shifts and help ensure a clean, safe dining environment while delivering a great guest experience with our familiar menu and friendly team culture.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
