Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor at Harvester, Snuff Mill, to welcome guests and lead a frontline team. You’ll champion great service and train staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.

You’ll be a people-focused leader, handling shifts, coaching teammates, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards in a busy hospitality site. This role offers a stable full‑time position with the company’s broad benefits.
