Job summary

Harvester Beacon is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a friendly team and deliver great service with a strong focus on training. You’ll foster a positive environment, coach colleagues and ensure excellent standards across the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision preferred.
• Excellent guest-facing communication.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Committed to high cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site; host guests and lead your team.
• Act as shift leader overseeing service and operations.
• Role model for team; support coaching and training.
