Job summary

Domino’s Pizza SK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to run store operations during their shift, organising the team, delivering excellent service, and upholding high standards.

You’ll coach and develop team members to help them reach their full potential while ensuring food safety and smooth daily routines, including opening/closing, shift reports, and compliance with health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Supervisory experience in food/retail preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Right to work relevant to store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customers.
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared.
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained.
