Job summary

St George & Dragon, part of Premium Country Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers, is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations. You will welcome guests, manage shifts, and train team members to maintain exceptional service standards across busy dining environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/front-of-house environments.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
