St George & Dragon, part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns collection, seeks a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a cheerful team and uphold service excellence in a cosy pub setting.

You’ll supervise day-to-day operations, train staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and role-model strong guest care in a busy, friendly environment.

• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

As Shift Supervisor at the St George & Dragon, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
