Mitchells & Butler PLC at Five Bells - Harvester in Basildon is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead the team and ensure outstanding service. You’ll train staff, supervise daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction in a busy, family-friendly venue.

The role emphasises hosting responsibilities, shift leadership, staff development, and maintaining rigorous cleanliness and safety standards to keep guests returning.
