Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor for the Three Legged Cross venue (BH21 6RE). You will warmly welcome guests, lead and develop a team, and drive consistent, high-quality service.

The role is full-time and permanent, focusing on delivering excellent hospitality, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and training colleagues to uphold brand standards across our pubs.
