Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Miller & Carter - Harlow on a full-time basis. You will help run the site, host guests, and confidently lead your team while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

The role focuses on training, guest service excellence, and supporting a welcoming, collaborative team environment within a popular steakhouse group.
