Job summary

Westacres is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team, and drive great service at Ember Inns. You’ll help train staff and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding the pub’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain service standards.
• Willingness to train and support junior staff.
