Mitchells & Butlers’ California pub in Carshalton is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a friendly team and uphold top service standards. You’ll help run the site day-to-day, supervise shifts and role-model training while ensuring cleanliness and safety across the venue.
