Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the Broughton Inn. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and ensure excellent service in a warm, pub setting. Join a group of brands with strong local presence and a focus on guest experience.

You’ll be part of day-to-day operations, act as host, lead shifts and mentor your team, while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the site. A competitive salary and pension await.
