Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a permanent role in Minworth, UK. You will oversee the Cell Spacer assembly process and lead a shift team to hit production, quality and delivery targets.

The role requires supervisory experience in manufacturing or FMCG, knowledge of injection moulding, strong problem-solving and excellent communication to coach and develop the team. Salary up to £45,000 with OEM support during equipment development.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or people management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience within FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of injection moulding and assembly processes, with an understanding of machine inputs and outputs.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate a team.

Responsibilities
