Job summary

The Adecco Group in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor / Manufacturing Team Leader to drive safety, quality and performance on a frontline shift. You will lead a production team, foster a positive safety culture and deliver against targets in a hands-on leadership role.

You will partner with engineering, quality and operations teams, conduct effective handovers, coach team members and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of shift teams in manufacturing.
• Ability to drive safety, quality and efficiency to meet targets.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Tameside / Greater Manchester

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shift Supervisor, Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business in Greater Manchester.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for leading a shift team, driving safety, quality and operational performance, while ensuring production targets are achieved.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing employees, promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across site operations.

Key Responsibilities
