Job summary

Miller & Carter Sheffield Centertainment is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, oversee daily operations and lead the restaurant team with confidence.

You will participate in ongoing training through the Steak School and help maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and safety while delivering a warm, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team and train others
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
