Welcome Break in Templepatrick is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to help run a busy site and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example on shift, coordinate daily operations, and collaborate with managers to ensure high standards across all brands.

Welcome Break is part of the Applegreen Group and has five sites across Northern Ireland operating brands such as our Forecourts (Petrol stations), Shop, Bakewell, Subway, Burger King, M&S, Chick-Fil-A, Chopstix, Lavazza, and Greggs.

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Welcome Break in Greggs, you'll play a key role in running a busy site, supporting your team day-to-day and helping deliver great experiences for every customer who walks through the door.

You'll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands-on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career, all while working flexible hours that fit around your life.
