Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Shepherds to warmly welcome guests and lead a hospitality team. You’ll train staff, maintain service standards, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

The role focuses on supervision, guest interaction, and upholding cleanliness and safety. Flexible shifts and attractive staff perks support a rewarding part-time schedule.
