Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Shift Supervisor at The Yacht Inn to lead daily operations, welcome guests warmly and train a team to deliver excellent service. You’ll supervise shifts, model high standards, and ensure a clean, safe environment for guests.

The role focuses on staff development, maintaining chất order and hospitality across dining occasions, from casual meals to special events, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or catering operating environments.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver consistent guest service.
• Comfortable training and coaching team members.
