Job summary

The Yacht Inn is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, host guests and confidently guide your team to deliver warm, welcoming service. You’ll train staff, uphold high cleanliness and safety standards, and ensure smooth running of the site with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.

As Shift Supervisor atPesto The Yacht Inn, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
