Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Highwayman site, leading a team to deliver great service and training while welcoming guests. You’ll be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as host and shifting leadership to uphold high standards.

Job description

As Shift Supervisor at the Highwayman, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
