Lambwath is one of our sites within the Mitchells & Butlers family. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor who welcomes guests, supports training, and leads a team to deliver great service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, lead shifts, and role-model high standards while helping guests enjoy memorable experiences at our Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery brand.

Qualifications

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise front-of-house operations
• Deliver warm welcomes and exceptional guest service
• Coach team members to achieve service excellence
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met

Job description

As Shift Supervisor at the Lambwath, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
