Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Harvester at Oakmere. You will welcome guests, oversee service on the floor and lead a team to maintain high standards of hospitality.

You’ll supervise colleagues, model training, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the site. This is a frontline hospitality role with a strong emphasis on guest experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
