Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Apollo - Harvester. You will warmly welcome guests, lead a team and ensure excellent service. The role focuses on training staff, maintaining standards, and delivering great guest experiences across our Harvester venues.

You will join a family-friendly brand known for fresh rotisserie chicken, grills and salad bars, with opportunities for development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service ethos and guest relation skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and confidently lead your team.
• Act as a shift leader and role model for the team.
• Help with training and development of staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
