Harvester in Newbold on Avon is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to greet guests, host the floor and confidently lead your team.

You’ll be involved in shift leadership, coaching staff, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage shifts.
• Ability to coach and develop junior staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host, serve guests and lead your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
