Chequers at Nicholson’s pubs in Oxford is seeking a Shift Supervisor who welcomes guests with warmth, drives great service, and helps train our people to keep guests returning.

You’ll lead shifts, act as a host, mentor the team, ensure clean and safe standards, and model the friendly, can‑do spirit that defines our Mitchells & Butlers pubs.

Job description

As Shift Supervisor at the Chequers, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
