Job summary

Miller & Carter is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor at the Chertsey site (Ottershaw area). You will welcome guests, lead a team with a passion for great service, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll train staff and role-model high standards while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the dining area. As part of the Miller & Carter team you’ll join a culture that values great steaks, customer experience, and teamwork, with opportunities for development within a national chain that

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or food-service environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
