Job summary

Miller & Carter – Harlow is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead dining room operations, welcome guests warmly, and support the team in delivering exceptional service. You’ll train and guide staff, supervise shifts, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
