Miller & Carter in Cardiff Thornhill invites a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team and drive service standards. Full-time role at our restaurant, focusing on training and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, uphold cleanliness and safety, and role-model best practice. The role offers a collaborative team culture and opportunities to grow within Mitchells & Butlers network.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality management preferred.
