Job summary

Miller & Carter Great Salterns is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team delivering great service. You’ll train staff, supervise shifts and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the site.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, guest experience and supporting the daily operations in a busy restaurant setting, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to train and coach staff to maintain service standards.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site as host and lead your team.
