Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Shift Supervisor at Toby Carvery - Morley to lead a hospitality team, host guests, and maintain high service standards. You will train staff, manage shifts, and ensure a welcoming environment that makes every guest feel at home.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or service environments.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host and serving guests while confidently leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams, assisting with training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
• Support a welcoming and energetic work environment for guests and colleagues.
