Job summary

Toby Carvery – Talke, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is looking for a Shift Supervisor who welcomes guests and leads a frontline team to deliver great service. You’ll train colleagues, manage shifts, and model high standards of cleanliness and safety in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail settings preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, act as host and serve guests while leading the team.
• Provide shift leadership and role modelling for staff.
