Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers, home of Sizzling Pub & Grill, is hiring a Shift Supervisor at Chaddlewood in the Devon/Torbay region. You'll welcome guests, manage a front-of-house team and drive great service every shift.

You'll lead by example, train new staff, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, and keep operations smooth from breakfast to late-night service. We offer flexible shifts, dining discounts across our brands, Wagestream access, pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and leading a team.
• Strong customer service and training skills.
