Job summary

George & Dragon Mountnessing, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team, welcome guests, and deliver outstanding service in a premium pub environment.

You will train team members, supervise day-to-day operations, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pubs is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
