Job summary

The Black Horse in Milton Keynes, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, serve with warmth and lead a small team across shifts. You’ll train and develop colleagues, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and role-model strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
