Job summary

Toby Carvery in Maidstone, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, welcome guests and mentor the team. You’ll champion great service and training, keeping standards high and ensuring a friendly, efficient dining experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred
• Experience supervising a team during a shift
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Ability to train staff and maintain service standards

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
