Job summary

Toby Carvery - Kenton Bank is looking for a proactive Shift Supervisor to help run the site and lead a dedicated team in delivering warm, personal service to every guest.

You’ll train colleagues, maintain clean and safe standards, and support guest satisfaction while contributing to a welcoming dining experience at the Kenton Bank location.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail supervisory role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
