Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc, home of Toby Carvery, is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, host service and lead a team to deliver great meals and memories. You’ll help train colleagues, maintain standards and ensure smooth daily operations on site.

You’ll join a friendly team at Toby Carvery and benefit from flexible shifts, staff discounts across our brands, and employee support through Wagestream. We value fun, care for guests, and developing people.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication and guest focus.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
