Job summary

County Hotel is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team in delivering great service. You’ll train staff, support daily operations, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Part of day-to-day site operations and guest hosting.
• Lead and motivate your shift team.
• Coach colleagues and assist with on-the-job training.
