Qualifications

• Experience supervising a hospitality team.
• Excellent customer service skills and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the site during your shift.
• Lead and motivate the shift team to deliver great service.
• Train and coach colleagues to maintain standards.
