Sindercombe Social, part of the Castle Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers family in London, is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor. You’ll greet guests, lead a frontline team, and champion great service while coaching others to perform at their best.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, training your team, and upholding high cleanliness and safety standards. Join a friendly, bustling pub group with excellent staff benefits and a supportive culture.
