Job summary

Manor Farm in Hull and East Yorkshire is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team delivering warm, high-quality service in a busy pub environment.

You will train staff, manage the day-to-day running of the site, act as a shift leader, and model high standards of cleanliness and safety while helping your team grow their skills. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub/restaurant environment preferred.
