Job summary

Mitchells & Butler plc is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor at the Atherleigh - Harvester in Leigh, UK. You will welcome guests, lead a hospitality team and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering great service in a busy dining environment.

You will drive staff training, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests return for more. This role offers pension, generous holiday, and staff discounts.
