Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, owner of Harvester - Aintree Park, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team, welcome guests and ensure great service. The role focuses on hosting, supervising shifts and modelling training standards across the site.

The successful candidate will foster a friendly, efficient team environment, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and help drive the guest experience at Harvester. Flexible shifts and staff discounts are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented
• Team leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to train and develop others
