Job summary

Miller & Carter Kings Langley is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a front-of-house team and uphold our high service standards. You will help drive performance and guest satisfaction while representing the brand with pride.

You’ll be part of the day-to-day running, mentor staff through the 3‑day Steak School, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the site. Enjoy flexible shifts and staff discounts as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in hospitality or food service.
• Strong guest-service orientation with a friendly manner.
• Ability to train and mentor staff using company programs.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, act as host, serve guests, and lead your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for training staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
